New System Announcements

The Unemployment Insurance System Replacement development has been paused. No action is needed at this time from employers and agents and the pause will not impact employer’s or agent’s ability to access the current system. TWC will continue providing updates to the system development as soon as they are available.

Please continue to use Unemployment Tax Registration (UTR) Texas Workforce Commission's Unemployment Tax Registration - Logon, for registering for an employer account and Unemployment Tax Services (UTS) Texas Workforce Commission's Unemployment Tax Services - Logon, QuickFile, and GoAnywhere portal for submitting reports and payments.
